Pros:
- added shuttle bus service along new layout
- more towards own stay, quiet place yet near olive hill (food, clinic, cafe etc...)
- Freehold in serdang
- Near to mrt UPM station, but need park and ride or use shuttle bus
- Low maintenance fee
- Low density
- Near to highway especially MEX highway
Cons:
- Heavy Jam at olive hill, only one main exit, the back exit not really convenient
- Not suitable for investment? (Near to UPM tho)
- Limited Facilities
- 3 years standard/common construction period, so you need to wait
- Abandoned small pond along condo entrance road
