If put thermal paste and heatsink, will it get better transfer speed?

better use thermal pad, controller and nand chip height are not fixed.

Seems like a 1% difference, I'd chalk that up to error honestly.

The test was conducted with those.

I bend my m2 ssd cos my notebook only supports 1 side nand ssd....
So need bend it so can fit the ssd....

Yes you could do that, but you may be risking breaking the SSD in the future as the solder balls may crack/break from the PCB due to mechanical and thermal stress

I also moved the sticker to the back but added thermal pads and the temperature was reduced by some degrees.
