As a tenant who has been staying here for 4 years and still counting, here are the main pros and cons.

Pros:
1. Convenience and connectivity to many other major address and highways. Just need to avoid the peak hours to travel in/out.

2. Walking distance to Lotus's, shop lots & Dataran Ara Damansara.

3. Facility floor is quite well designed esp. the organic form of swimming pool, despite it's not too big la.

4. Huge window panel for the view and sunlight.

5. Common areas are still quite well-maintained. Car parks are bright and clean. Don't have dodgy feelings when you come home late. (HOWEVER...)
Cons:
1. No proper area for the dustbins on ground floor. These are the dustbins taken downstairs, ready to be disposed but they just leave them in the open air in between blocks.
Luckily it's quite far from the lobbies. But you still do smell it whenever you wanna walk from one building to the other.

2. Traffic noise is terrible, esp if your unit is facing the road. Somemore JKR painted more rumble stripes recently and it's really loud. Closed window also cannot help much.
There are always some ppl like to rev their cars and motors along the road till I can recognize them already.

3. Workmanship is so-so. You can see a lot of finishings are not done nicely. And there are some wall cracks on the external wall. Water may sip in and cause fungus in your room. (Good thing that the management finally started to do rectification work recently)
Oh, the wall switches are super fragile, just change them all if you're getting a unit.

4. Tandem parking lots. Due to the plot of land size, only bigger units have side by side parking lots.

---

Nearby lands, if not mistaken are owned by Sime Darby. Now they've just launched TriAra next to the PPR, which will eventually block a lil' of the airport view if you're facing west. Do expect buildings popping up in the coming years. Maybe after completion of TriAra.

thanks and good sharing.
I see this as a condo, built on major round about.
what to do, sure got nocie lo.

as i recall- they also make 3 room out of a 1000 sqft unit and 2 room out of a 800 sqft right?
super optimized?

hows the resident profile?
and security? acceptable?

TriAra quick far off right, at least 2 parcel of land away.
freehold as heard- that area more secluded.

PS- i passby this area regulalry- was thining to get it 10 years ago when it was launch... so got special afinity to it.

well-

as i recall these few reason

smack in the middle of the road.
built up... seems more suitable for renting out, sequeeze many tenants in any unit.
developer.... was it TTDI?

and the main reason- was attracted to Potpourri....
on the same day as visiting the show room, saw Potpourri poster and detour over- project /sales office was impressive.
and wife was ultimately attracted due to SHC name

it connected to Citta Mall also being a major plus point. it is a lot easier to rent it out to ex-pat, which only have 1 car.
the spouse could just walk over for grocery and eateries

oh so you choose potpourri over h2o.

Yes TTDI is the developer for h2o, and seems there are some issue with the development and they launche block a c d 1st, then change name for block b...but cant find the history why edi. maybe hard to sell.

Potpourri more suitable for ownstay, more atas...h2o keen toward investment due to more unit and smaller size.

well- importantly is ROI as well on rental
i think the thread is renamed to Mizu or something.
