Finally replacing my mom's iPad 2017, because the battery cycled over 1000 times and no longer able to hold up charges for more than 2 hours. Bought the base model iPad air m2 for my mom at 12.12 at RM1873.68, I saw the machines price RM1850 at laz before 12.12. I thought it can go lower than that, but it didn't. End up bought it from senheng laz and took around 6 days to ship it. After comparing 10th gen iPad and the price of 10th Gen, 256gb is around 200+ cheaper than m2 air, I don't think is the best value since the chip is already couple of years old.

now her iPad 2017 will pass down to me as an ebook reader, will replace the battery soon.
iPad 2 is now my nephew gaming device, iOS 6.1.3, 64GB fully loaded with all games.

yes, new life after change battery. still using ipad 2017 but use it as entertainment to chrome cast to tv. basically no update

Yea, replace the battery on iPad 2 couple of years ago still holding up great. Standby can last almost a month. Last time bought the 2 batteries from cell care.
iphone 4s battery, it became spicy pillow early this year, but iPad battery still holding up fine.

Just want for normal writing and instead of touch the screen with finger, use the pencil. HAHA

I just got an ipad air M1 for just RM1.5k brand new. at this price, really the best tablet money can buy, especially because I’m in apple ecosystem with macbook and iphone. The last ipad I used was ipad mini 6th which I let go about a year ago. Its a breeze to have ipad back for reading and browsing. Especially this one with M1, gonna hold up for a long time. Perfect to toss into bag when on the go
