The 9 pcs for RM69.90 includes bottled cola.
The 3 pcs for RM23.00 only comes with a cup of cola.

3 pcs ala carte: RM19.90
3 pcs x 3 = RM59.70

Cola (cup) = RM23.00 - RM19.90 = RM3.10
Cola (bottle) = RM69.90 - RM59.70 = RM10.20

So sounds about right.
