Acer XB271HU Faulty Issue, Multiple images

Hi everyone. I am having issue with my 6+ year old monitor XB271HU. The photo taken as below. I'll try to describe it as best as I can.
The image will duplicate and flow up horizontally like rain except upwards.  Could any sifu kindly advise on whether what could be the main cause of the problem? Whether it is easy enough for me to repair it, or send to someone for repair or just buy a new one, and if so, what model is recommended? My max budget is 1.5k. Hoping to have better specs than my current monitor. Tqtq. |
