X (Twitter) on Time Slow for Anyone Else?

Notice the past 3-4 days that my X (Twitter) whether on my mobile or desktop while using my Time internet is dead slow, sometimes tweets don't load and just keeps saying retry.
But if I VPN to another country or to my home in Canada (expat living in KL) with openvpn, my twitter is fast. Anyone else having slow Twitter speeds on Time? |
