Chat EV bike for long distance for work, is it better than normal bike?

Hi all,

Just asking for is there any upcoming EV bike that is good for travelling to work 20km go to back and price around RM15k?

ya i know EV is not that great compare to normal bike just want to see my option. innocent.gif innocent.gif

Remarks: My old bike not good so thinking of getting a new bike for work. (Yes i ride bike to work in penang to avoid jam lol)

It’s only visible if we’re based on those battery swap model like in Taiwan.

Else it’s a hassle to get your vehicle charged.

I saw this China brand Zeeho in Bangkok, quite nice.

Speed can go up to 120km/h, battery can charge can swap.

Key + RFID card for operation.

i see the 1 of it from official reseller the battery 5000W can last 200km around RM20k a bit pricey lol

Gov is giving incentive of RM2,400
the list of bikes available are on the website.

ya already check but the one for long distance is not cheap lol that why i hope more model coming soon to choose and hopefully cheaper a bit.

the general population is 4 wheel centric - mostly due to safety

whereas the 2 wheel category mainly capitalises on what the majority wants - petrolheads with the love of noise n mods over mods and you get your fair share of regular joes very contended with their fuel sipping kapchai

no formidable driving force pushing the Bike EV to where Car EVs are today here.

lets hope things change and more Bike EVs start to roam around
