In fact, the reputation of DPC itself naturally filters out prospects who may not find the township a suitable fit. That case study would applies well to these two PPAMs in Mont Kiara as well. There’s no need for malicious speculation. Furthermore, the Segambut MP is well loved across all communities regardless of races and religion, which further renders your assumption null.

PPAM development is not the only factor would dilute the areas voter profile.... Segambut, heck even Cheras or Kepong would be changed later on....

Even Malays won't buy this kind of projects...
Because cannot be sold to others... And valuation is sure at lower end....

Looking at the map and realising how strategic it is, coupled with the potential catalyst of link between Jalan Desa Kiara to Jalan Penchala, surprised that this project garner such lukewarm reception.

Though a bit slow compared to comparable affordable housing projects in other prime areas. Perhaps it could be because it's restricted to one ethnicity only. Nevertheless, good buys for the all the buyers!
