This can't be happening for years without the owner already being fined.

Unless he already fined and still stalling epf contribution which is quite yolo for a biz owner

B4 covid already they got problem …the owner got few failed business before (perkampungan raudhah etc) but still BB can cover

Brainy bunch had been doing well and I guess he had been making a lot of money from there. The problem is that a lot of his other businesses are hardly making money, loosing tonnes of money actually like Malakat Mall which he had been struggling to pay it off to the banks. Guessing he had been using the monies from Brainy Bunch to cover up those loans

I can understand the PASTI issue (not giving them approval of avoiding the EPF contribution) because they are charging lower rate of the annual and monthly fees for the student.

No report they also know especially if the company has an employer number. They will check and do a site visit. Trust me, I kena b4 as an employer.

Enforcement is quite lacking. My friend epf was not paid for 1-2 years. That was like 10 -15 years ago. At the end he just left.

The gov should really come down hard on these company
