Hey guys just wondering where you guys do your property research? I used to click in facebook ads 1 by 1 but very frustrating for issue like fake listing info, and agent hard selling or spam call, it would be great if as a buyer i can research on my own before approaching agents. What about you guys?

Other than lowyat forum and property expo, for me i usually go to:

PropertyGuru Malaysia: One of the leading property websites with a dedicated section for new launches, easy filtering options, and informative resources. But the projects in there to limited
iPropertyy: Offers a wide variety of new projects, property reviews, and videos. (Some listings can lack sufficient detail.)
EdgeProp: Contains a "New Launches" section, providing details on upcoming developments along with featured properties.
NuProp: Features a finder tool for new launches, detailed information, and the latest news on the Malaysian property market. (listing less diverse)
MyRumahBaru: High transparency, clear listings pinned on a map, super helpful AI assistant like your pocket agent, and you get to deal straight with the developers. (But abit laggy and i hope they have properties in other state)
