Hi folks

If the stop valve in the toilet is broken do I need to hack the tiles to replace it ? Any other alternatives ?

Just ignore the stop cock in the wall, and screw angle valve into the pipe outlet that goes to the toilet?

The stop cock is malfunctioning. How do I replaced it ?

Is hacking really necessary to replace the stop valve ? I have asked a plumber and he said yes but then watching the YouTube Video above, it seems doable without hacking....

At the very least you have to hack around the tap itself to be able to release it. I don't mean hack the entire wall
