The company will be the first animation studio to be listed on the Malaysian stock exchange, specifically on the ACE Market. The total proceeds raised are yet to be disclosed. The company has 260 artists, having completed 50 projects worth RM63.22 mil in its recent financial year 2020, 2021 and 2022 and H1 of 2023, with over 4,617 minutes (76.95 hours) of content created.

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Kucingko on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares in Kucingko ("Shares") in the following manner:

• 25,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
• 10,000,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors and employees as well as persons who have contributed to Kucingko;
• 65,000,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(ii) Offer for sale of 100,000,000 existing shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

I think it went well. Most of their revenue comes from the US, so they are looking to raise 30mil from this IPO to set up office and such in Hollywood and also doing domestic expansion to anticipate demand, I guess. Tbh, I'm kinda interested with their IPO now lol.
