Matx, 9 fans.
Plenty of space for push-pull. 
Can support normal size psu. Itx psu adapter bracket not included. 
Limited 3.5" support. Can mount one only. 
Plenty of space to store cables. 
Very fragile cables, I have to solder it back. 
Dedicated rgb button, but no type c.
