the only walkable mrt condo in kepong is enesta. Other than that will take more than 10mins.

According to Google Map, Armani Kepong site to MRT Kepong Baru is abt 650m walking distance within 10mins. The same goes with First Residences & Three33 Residences walking distance about 500-600m within 10mins also.

Are you sure you are able to walk 5 minutes or so?
[COLOR=red] 5 mins is very unlikely but 10 mins+/- is more realistic under good weather to MRT Kepong Baru station.

I walked alot in Kepong area and on a good weather I cannot even reach in 5 minutes from the main lobby drop off.

I tried walking from MRT Kepong Baru to the Hing Kee Bakuteh which is closer than Armani and it took me 20 minutes. So I highly doubt you have personally walked and timed it. [COLOR=red] Closer MRT station to Hing Kee BKT is not Kepong Baru station but Metro Prima station which is within 5 mins walk.

Don't tell me Google map measurement is 8 minutes as Google map tells you to walk on the road where the traffic is.
[COLOR=red] Google map is not 100% but at least is the best available tech platform to measure distance and get direction.

Also you do know that there is no entrance to the platform from the Jalan Ambong side right? Goodness even the crossing point does not exist meaning that you have to cross the road
rendering you walk around the road across fast moving traffic and then only reaching in from opposite of Hong Leong bank if you choose not to take the stairs.

If you have to walk pass Jalan Ambong then Google map definitely does not reflect real time walking duration.

I will stick to the not very walkable. It is walkable but definitely not very walkable. At least 15-20 minutes on a good weather. If it rains, its even longer.
