 26 Ara Ville, New development in Kayu ara??

Hi sifus,

Saw this new development in Kayu Ara, PJ called 26 Ara Ville.
3 storeys of terrace houses, gated and guarded with facilities.
Interesting concept.

Any thoughs about this?
heard the selling price is approx RM2.1 mil.
Selling quite well.

RM2.1 mil might as well buy sub sale in BU. RM1.3 to 1.5 mil and the rest can use for reno

I know the area well. surrounding the area is kampung area with low cost flats, medium cost flats, surau and some newer niche development. For me, its rather pricey for a kampung location although next door to BU. BU is freehold but this is leasehold. If you can accept all this, proceed.

Now the main road, Jalan Masjid has been upgraded to a 2 lane bidirectional road.

Hmmmm... Looks like eventually that whole area will be developed.

This area is developing. Got few new developments on going n completed. Utamara, Harmoni Resiidence, Amanara. Maybe is the location strategic n last piece of Land in PJ surrounded by DU, DJ,BU, SS2. I think still acceptable to stay at pj city with urban life

Ya. I agree. Urban life in PJ area.
Nowaday we cant find this in PJ anymore.
It might take times in kayu ara, but location wise it is very strategic.

The sales gallery guy George is very helpful. He has explained everything and arranged the site visit for me.

The workmanship is quite good some more got free solar water heaters. i can save rm 15k easily for this

oh ya- just saw at the floor plan.
yes , 24x55 indeed small, with the car porch taking out 18 ft.

the BU of 3715 look pretty ok though. Just many stairs to climb.
