I am looking for a subsale in Setia Alam.
Among Setia Indah 10, 11, 12 and 13 which one is more ideal to stay and not flooded one?

There is a type atas bukit 1,not mistaken 20x70,very premium price. Indah 13 not mistaken

Best township? If best township, then the 20 x 70 terrace house subsales will be higher than RM 1.5 mil... SA much better d for flooding, previously also no serious flooding, better than some part of Puchong. Eco World project is superb for me, just SA traffic jam issue is a big X for me. still got flood
just few weeks ago, a few cars kena upcar, not housing area .. at persiaran setia perdana near the wetlands.. |
