ya, damn mafan. I wanted to cancel dunno what account, then they don't let me cancel my account coz my signature don't match.
Eh hello? That signature I did was back in the early 2000's oi. Fast forward 20 years later, of course my signature would have changed, if not slightly.
I only managed to cancel my account coz got 1 unker staff there saw my face getting more and more tulan with the CS amoi there coz she keep insisting i sign exactly as how i signed 20 years ago, then ask for my IC, how many accounts i have with them, what loans i took with them and the type of loan and duration, etc etc. That unker just asked for my IC then see my signature... then he let me cancel my account

Then the same thing happened to my sister. She also wanted to close her PBB account coz she migrating overseas. Then they start playing "21 questions" with her. She bohsong dy so she said forget it. So she slowly withdraw until left the minimum balance in the account and let the account go dormant

My mom account feb inactive….
And she have difficulty to walk/travel far…
