Unless you've left strong impressions (good or bad reasons) for the hiring manager or HR colleague, I doubt that they'll remember. Even if they ask you can probably mention that it's just a different version of resume tailored for different type of companies and you removed it this time around since it's irrelevant / keep the resume short and sweet. Unless there's some sussy thing going on then no one can help you edy
