Tried many ways to attached image that is chosen from computer, doesn't work, always trigger check for whether human, then reverts to homepage. Jpg file is only 88 kB. Whether Chrome or Firefox, same result. Doesn't work on mobile Chrome either.

It is back to normal now. I just did an attachment of image and it works.
