Been having internet lags via phone when using unifi home wifi. Tried to use the Unifi app, easyfix site and Maya. All led to a dead end with no where to gget immediate help.

Really frustrating, with even their 100 number no being able to get any assistance. They use to reset port remotely, to solve this issue, but now it looks like have to wait as I can only submit a complaint general form.

This effects work from home and any gaming. What should i do mext time this happens?

hello, from the look of the speedtest it looks like it has used mobile date from maxis instead of wifi

did you enable the mobile data backup option that uses mobile data when wifi is weak or slow?

its called wifi assist in iphone, not sure on android

can you try disable mobile data on your phone and rerun the test? ping looks too high under load to be fibre

also install a wifi analyzer

Use wifi 2.4 sure got interference from neighbors

Especially if stay in apartment with close proximity with others

Use wifi 5ghz
