Dont agree, casino literally make money by milking peoples' saving. Read book of habit by Charles Duhigg, how those casino do their SOP in attracting customer. They dont even feel remorse to milking poeple who is in problem etc.

So your issue not with land but with Berjaya no casino experience? Got rules say no experience cannot get? Want genting monopoly all casino business? How genting got their first casino?

Berjaya already join venture for sabah land to boost for tourism .
In last year they are multiple articles that why Sabah deserve their own casino.

FC is way far from town. And its a long jorney if from Senai airport to FC or even changi to tuas then to FC. They would rather go marina bay
