Thanks to all those Timing chain replace tutorial videos I manage to replace the timing chain set myself but I have a question about the vertical chain there, what's that chain for and why no one ever talk about it ?? I do ask about this chain in those tutorial video but never get any reply till now.

Salute you dare to change timing chain yourself. Wrong step and you end up with timing issue.

Nah I spend not less than 50hrs watching all the related tutorial videos (Kriss MR1 / Kriss 100 / EX5) that I can find and even re-watch some video to make sure I understand everything before I make the move. Yeah I think I lucky enough to get the whole thing done in 3.5hrs without the proper tools (take me like 15mins++ to open the magnet nut / another 15mins++ to unscrew the inner cover) and I use the bike for 3 days working Grab delivery and it's so much quiet now and power also come back a little bit.

I think my tensioner is broken because the chain still make some noise in higher speed so going to change that and next bigger project will be the whole clutch set. Stay tune rclxm9.gif
