Q : Is it good to buy house in Puncak Alam? The price of the 2 storey house still cheap rather than other place. Or can you give me example where i can buy single storey landed house below than 400k? around selangor near KL.
Some said in future got ECRL and the value there will increase. TQ |

there was another thread asking is it worth to buy at tropicana nearby.
my advise is no, puncak alam is in the middle of no where near highway, mrt, the nearest mrt station is sg buloh. my colleague staying there, daily spend 4 hours on the road just to go and back from office. |
