Feytech Holdings Bhd is offering up 252.94 million shares in an initial public offering (IPO), as it seeks to list on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to its prospectus exposure published on the Securities Commission Malaysia’s website on Monday.
The 252.94 million shares comprise a public offering of 143.32 million shares and a special offering of up to 109.62 million shares.
The public offering will involve the public issuance of 42.16 million shares to the Malaysian public, followed by 25.39 million shares for applications by eligible directors and employees of Feytech and its subsidiaries, and 75.87 million shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
Meanwhile, the special offering will entail the placing of 105.40 million shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, and 4.22 million shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
