Would like some inputs from /ktards.

1. China ODM
Have an offer from the company but delay the acceptance response to next week.
The company set up a branch locally around 3-4 years ago and will be assigned to audio product such as speaker and earbuds.
Require business travel which may last months.
Company culture more local but HQ prefer China style and efficiency.
Hearsay previous workers had some disagreement with HQ and left.

2. Intel
Had an interview previous week and another round of interview this week.
Position will be part of a newly set up team.
May not have the decision made by the time need to give above response.

Which will you guys choose or should I push my luck to wait for 2nd?

China company culture like shot. Will squeeze you to the max, pay you less and give less bonus. But stability is probably okay.

US company culture top notch. Will make you feel good, respect work life balance and compensate you fairly. But will retrench you anytime they like. Hard to sleep peacefully because every time your email service down, you’ll be scared they have retrenched you.

You want to learn about top notch work efficiency - China/Taiwanese company.

Intel not every department you will have work/life balance though.
But paywise no doubt top notch and future wise good on your resume.

What did TS decide on, just curious?

China, fail to get US. If things turn south then job hunting again.
