RWS is simply too expensive to maintain, and SG govt requires levy of 100 SGD for SG citizens and PR to enter, that means before even winning money already lost 100 SGD upon entrywhen build it in Msia, bunch of kiasu and stingy sinkies will flock over, for the cheap ringgit, 100-200 SGD is enough for them for casual games here
