how come the company never publish their FFB? which will be the one or the factor on decide the payment as well..

Do they have Annual report? Anyone receive annual report from them?

how come i have not receive any sms or email??

Does CHGS customer service reply email once they receive? bcos i sent it last few days. i have not receive their email as well..

I received replied email. but with no word reply.
and money also.. but base on the calculation. seems like there is RM1 charges? (i calculate 3 months with 8%-0.1%, 9 months with 12%-0.1%)
Are they going to send us some kind of dividend notification slip?

Few things i feel strange with CHGS.
1. Declare to have eDebit feature after the normal paydate (if not wrong should be 1-feb every year). I think most ppl only get email after 7-Feb.
2. The way of reply email is just like spam mail. just click reply. write nothing else.
3. eDebit does not have transaction slip?
4. the Dividend does not do proper announcement. (Jan-Mar 8%, Apr-Dec 12%). They only announce 12%.
5. From tanta2008: "there were technical problem in dealing with the bank for the direct bank in, hence they decided to stop this direct bankin and instead revert back to printing the cheque and post to investor. She promised my cheque will be arrive in March this month itself. "
How come no announcement again?

For those received div by cheque.
Does the dividend voucher write down the details?
eg. from jan-mar is X%; apr -dec is y%?
service charges and so on?

I remember some of you mentioned about the e dividend.
I found there is an amount in the bank book maybe similar.
Base on the calculation. I found out shortage of RM1.
until now i have not receive any statement.

I also received this today.
If you read Page 7. Section 6.ii.
The Auditor said... we may have problem to get back full refund!!!!!!!

I will definitely reject the offer.
1. Pay 10% 30 days, 90 % is 2 yrs later.
2. no compensation.
3. Risk of no full refund
5. Other oil palm is doing well.. how come Tan Sri's is having problem?
6. who will they sell this piece land for? Are you just buy the piece of land for them? then they buy back with cheap price? Government should look into Tan Sri scam!

I think we need some lawyer friend to give more advise. Few things in my mind
1. CHGS did not manage the plantation properly or in schedule?
2. CHGS did not research properly on the land and simply tell the public that can plant palm oil for earning money with a great promised return
3. If i dont remmeber wrongly. Pahang Government also have purchase a lot of plot. what's their stand?
4. Since Bee Garden is taking over control (can we say now is Bee Garden is the manager/operator?)
It has the right to manage the business properly?
5. What is the stand from SC and bank negara?

Can this grower plan merge to the mother listed company ?

what i meant is instead of return money...
give us share? in case cannot pay back us 2012 interest and principal amount.

Btw, another question, each of us bought the plot with different price... they will return us with what amount? eg. you buy with 7000.. u get 8000(last selling price?), 7000(Purchased price) or 5000(first launched price)?
