Not sure what the fuss is about. It's the printing company that was fined not the innocent binder company so I think it's the right course of action (according to existing law) since the onus is on the printing company to know the law.

I hope justice prevails for the innocent manager and he's just let go with a warning. Anything more and I'll get angry for real 😤
