it is like driving a car, boat, or airplane.

they need to strictly stick to the rules, well trained, familiar with all the process....and highly commited....no flexibility....

if you are malaysian, you should already notice since long ago we don't have much national defend. As a nation, we don't have the power to our territories, we draw the line by UN recognization. Until today, we still cannot charge the responsibility of MH17 case.
