i think is about time right? the life cycle of current myvi getting outdated... already 7 years in the market...any news about it?

myvi just facelift with new gearbox on 2022

so i doubt so fast will have new model

I think might be delay few months at least

Nexus SUV heard delayed until end of this year or maybe next year. So probably next gen myvi will not come before end of next year

Actually Myvi platform hasn't change since 2005 just because there is no Daihatsu donor model to rebadge. P2 just put in the DCVT to maintain this model until D66B/ Nexis launched early 2025 then suspect end of life.

P2 only rebadge Daihatsu manufactured models

If Vios sales remains good, unlikely SimeDarby will canibalize it for lower profits under P2 badge.

thats a facelift, not a totally new model.
perodua only release a new model every year, so yaris cross should come first before new myvi.
