buy a cloth hanger, not use the railing as the hanger
hanging clothes at condo balcony

u go to B40 PPR flat...no balcony
supposedly cannot do anything but people still hang their cloth outside the window....they create their own cloth hanger on the wall outside the window thn the cloth fell down....can't blame anyone |
