Not all condos facing east/west. Some units facing directions where they don’t get direct sunlight. Dryer will come in handy in that case.

Drying clothes outside is such an old grandma's tradition.
2024 still do that? Technology is there and it is cheap.

Your modern tech is wasting electricity which generate unnecessary carbon footprint. Old is gold.

Inside balcony lah, I installed those hang from balcony ceiling type. Got hand reel to move the rack up and down, clothes won’t get wet even if raining unless it’s those crazy storm.
