For small scope as mentioned anyone will do but it has to be done right lah.
Like not skimping on the ODU-IDU 4 wires so that inverter AC can be installed safely. And WH is more important (if no 10mA RCD have to add for safety). If already have ready point then hooking up doesn't need much skill.
