When they migrating to new app?

Those who point their Duitnow mykad ID to rize make sure to deregister and reregister in the new app.
Just done mine and has some hiccups so have to redo like 3 times then finally manage to register

I think only minority will point their mykad Duitnow id to rize but I am one of them

so Rize no more
customer transfer money to me got rejected
so i need to go to the app to deregister and then re register again
during deregistration process need to do 3 times before can deregister successfully
then register it again with the new App
basically rize cease to exist even our account number
so now i tie my My Alrajihi account to my MyKad ID

no more Rize

same here... whole morning cant transfer!
after today update on the app, the app performance is extremely slow

trying to find the T&C but could not find it even after clicking on it and it bring me to a link that talks nothing about it
i dont think it is Tier more like if you have above 50k then you get 3.3% which is still okay

less than 50k put into saving pot

just have to make sure maintain 50k above

Done migration of all bank apps no issue
Only this stupid Alrajihi bank can't get sms
No idea why
Call them they say my number is correct the system show sms sent out
I ask them is it delivered they can't confirm
Escalated since Friday until now no news

Manage to login can't transfer

At 1719 just manage to transfer - I guess they resolved the issue
