can i extract the duitnow transfer receipt after I transfer money to 3rd party? I did not share the transfer receipt earlier, now I need to share it out. I cannot seems to find any option. Just able to see that in under the transaction history only but no option to share again the PDF

Hope There is a transition where you can still use the old a/c no where in the back end it will tag to the new a/c no. Not everyone will remember to update

Not sure on Android but no problem on IOS but the loading is damn2 slow

Currently, biometric cannot access, PIN also cannot access, finally they asked for full PW, then managed to access. Scare die me

i had some problem earlier, delete and reinstall but no need to wait 12 hr period, as long as using back the same phone

I did transfer out money this morning but from account to saving pot, no problem. Did an external transfer out 2 days ago, it was good then

Now i am facing with this same problem. Got money in my savings account, when click into the saving pot, want to transfer from main account to saving pot, it says insufficient fund. the amount reflected there was the balance just before I transfer money from Atlas to this Al Rajhi account.

she walked me through the process in about ~14 minutes and finally it worked.

~14 minutes because need to wait to get CS in queue, then when re-login & i forgot my password, so need to the selfie verification again.
then need to wait for the 12 hour cooling period before can start doing any transactions.  doh.gif

i think i may recall the same issue not so long ago.
if the same issue happened, just call CS and they walk you through the process like i did.

I just uninstalled the app and install it again. Now it detected I have changed phone which I did not. So need to sort of re register a new gadget without unpair the old phone. (Which is the same phone) now can log in but need 12 hours cooling off. Stupid apps. I still have FD in there, once mature, will withdraw everything

Call up CS, they can unbind your phone then you uninstall and reinstall, by doing this, no need the 12hrs cooling off

CS called and told me to uninstall and reinstall even though after confirming I'm already on the latest version 3.3.3. I just cleared all data instead and still has the 12 hours cooling off. Going to close this account once my FD matures next year

As already cannot log in, there is no way to unbind ourself. Months back, i had the same idea. they told me to uninstall and install but no need to wait 12 hrs. This time round, had to wait. Exactly, will either close or leave it dormant once my FD matures soon.
