(1) Their CS took too long to recieve call.
- Imagine if i have urgent dispute etc.
(2) Ledger missing/ The UI gone wrong.
- Some people may say but your money is safe mah, still got credit interest, for me it signifies incompetence in handling
- So now ledger not updated, what if they miss your money ?
What i experience with Rize is very good.
- Call recieved within 5 minute
- Fraud Detection good
* the negative point is 3.3%
but due to heart/mental issue (i dun want my money get stucked , remind me of how TNG block my money due to "suspicious transaction" ahahaha ), i'mma just gonna stick with Rize.
Just like how i choose HongLeong FD 3.7% instead of MBSB 4% , MBSB staff at my region just pure incompetent and non-helpful.

no need email complain here and there, you avoid them
i am okay as i can cope with those hassles
when i called Boost CS yesterday, he was surprised there was already my email complaint captured in system,
with proof of my duitnow transfer full supporting documents etc..
any wonder once he escalated further i got my money in Boost Bank in 2hrs...
unlike some waited much longer.
i only cannot accept if money really lost but then
i am not going to let them off
let there be incompetence
mess around made mistakes here and there

remember Rize was in a mess beginning. some received less
some received more
someone untung RM30000 from its incompetency
