they're doing a good job generating a simple Q&A for their FAQs received after new app deployed.

just happened to me.

6k transfer to favorite. receipt show failed. money deducted. transaction history show success.


did you get the refund back?

transfer went limbo at about 730am. was hoping auto-refund in 3 hours based info shared here.

first escalation yesterday 2pm via call. didnt get $$ back yesterday.

2nd escalation today morning 9am+ via call. upon checking account at 1pm today, can see the $$ back.

so, not sure this refund is manual or automated.
