Hi Sifu,
My friend is telling me he has a friend who is a supplier selling Logitech products at a low price because the shop will be closing down soon. The reason why the seller is selling at a low price is because he cannot return the product.
To cut to the chase, the products are still sealed and come with only a 7-day one-to-one warranty with the supplier. He claims that the products are original.
The specific product in question is the Logitech G PRO X2 Wireless Gaming Headset, priced at RM 500.
My questions are:
1. How can I check whether the product is original? If I am able to connect it with the G Hub software, does this mean it is an original product? 2. Is there any way to check the authenticity of the product, such as through the product warranty page? The seller mentioned that they only provide a 7-day one-to-one warranty. Thanks!
Note: One of my friends already bought the Logitech Mouse G PRO X Superlight from the same seller and he said it feels like an original.

QUOTE(revolnia @ Apr 20 2024, 10:47 PM) Logi+ is same as G Hub Software? More or less. g hub is for their line of gaming peripherals and logi+ is their general purpose products. As long as the device is detected, get the serial number and register the product.

Hey, so about that Logitech headset deal... Since it's a closeout, gotta be a bit careful, you know? Check the packaging – if it looks weird, might be sketchy. And when you grab the headset, give it a feel – should be solid, not flimsy.
Oh, and see if there are any serial numbers or stuff like that. Sometimes you can double-check with the manufacturer. And hey, try syncing it with the G Hub software. Legit ones usually work, but no guarantees.
Last thing, even if the warranty's short, it's worth reaching out to Logitech. Better safe than sorry, right?
Just follow your gut and maybe do a little extra digging before jumping in. It's your call, but better to be sure, right?

Thank you for your response.
I bought steelseries arctis 1 wireless for RM 100 (2nd hand) instead.
Condition 9.5/10 with full box.
Jimat duit for casual gamer like me.
