dont ever buy from official DELL website, eg U2723EQ in DELL SG is 849 SGD, shopee selling 665, legit shop with warranty 
definitely check with shopee before buying, many brick and mortar shops like in Sim Lim also expensive due to mark up, also avoid L1/L2 shops in SLS due to their infamous scammy behavior
