well , the story is likes this.....

last week 23/10/2007 11:xxpm i bank in $ to a forumer to buy a item. and the forumer also admit that he received my payment and i also request him send the item to my working place

when 24/10/2007 5:xxpm the forumers sms me that he succeed send the item via Pos Ekspres

so , i wait the parcel from 25/10 until 26/10 but i still din't receive my parcel. At the 26/10 night , i sms the seller that i din't receive that parcel and he told me he aleadi sent the item via pos ekspres and tracked the parcel is aleadi delivered on 25 Oct 2007 2:47:04 PM .

and also that seller oso got show me that slip of pos ekspres.

1 : when 25/10/2007 around 12pm-4pm i whole day sit at the mailing address that i provide to the seller. (* i admit that i got leave awhile at the period of time )
2 : i aleadi ask my colleagues did them receive any posekspres/parcel/express but there said no
3 : my work place got a mail box and the mail box is locked. i ask my senior take the key to open the mail box but inside is empty one
4 : i called 1300 300 300 (pos malaysia) to ask but that officers and the stupid officers persisted that parcel had been sucesfully delivered without needing signatures.

here my question
1 : is it receiving posekspres need signatures?
2 : let's say i put my mailing address like lot x.xx at xxxx plaza will the deliver send that posekspres at mail box/infront of the shop?
3 : is it the POS Malaysia Staff Eat my item ?
4 : what should i do now ?

I am very appreciation urs help......
