Hi everyone, My 1st property will VP in this year Q4.
Right now, I'm not sure I need to do for the duel key or not. Property: Sunway Velocity 2 Type D VP: Q4  Budget: 5 to 7% for renovation and furniture Also, does my budget enough for this property? or I must put 10% of my purchase price? Hope to get some idea. Thank you so much |
