Govt is strange.

On one hand they do campaign to cut down on sugar use.

And then in November 2023 last year, govt then secretly gave a RM1.00 per kg subsidy for raw sugar to two private company totaling RM42 million per month.

When exposed in parliament, the MOF denied it was a subsidy but called it an "incentive".
