actually the main culprit is rice.To feel satiated economically in Malaysia is to eat more rice and less protein. To eat protein would mean to spend more. Malaysians are so impoverished they cannot afford to eat healthy meal.

The other problem is lack of proper amentities to encourage active lifestyle. Our pedestrian walkways are without roof, not properly connected, the cities are built around cars, discouraging walking culture.

Got public parks lah, but a lot is too dirty and not well-maintained.

Malaysians in the first place have no idea on how to find cheap protein.

The only protein that I think most malaysian knows are fish, chicken or meat.

While in western countries such as US, eating canned beans, lentils are one of the cheapest sources of protein that they always eat.
Same goes with Tofu and Tempe.

But yeah, majority of Malaysian thinks that eating beans/lentils sounds really strange and couldn't tolerate with the taste

i would like to propose obesity tax if taxpayer was of certain bmi... the taxpayers can get deduction from health checks anyway.

but for taxpayers than reduced bmi from 35 to 30... should be given tax relief too...

jsut have diff tier pricing at petrol pump.

driver stand on the weighing machine with speaker at payment counter. the TNG speaker will announce, "GEMOK", then you pay gemok pricing.

can extend to ..
If TNG spaeker annnnnouuince "HARAMBAE", then you pay dap pricing.
if speaker announce "PUASssssssss", then pay puas pricing.

Yesterday I was at a restaurant and called teh tarik kosong. Then the person told me kosong is more exp.

I dumbfounded. Then he explain because they have to make specially cause all the teh tarik is pre-bancuh. Really wtf, then I just ask for air suam only.

Ban the shop. All shops charge 10 sen less, teh/kopi without susu is made first and sugar added later, same for twh/kopi see, they just add evaporated milk to replace condensed milk.

This shop just lazy, put on soc med, shame the sohai owner.
