Something I knew for a while because I'm a very picky with my detergent.

Walch is a brand new detergent company from China made by businessmen (hence they can scale so fast an inorganically)

Recently, Unilever has sold brand rights for Dynamo to Walch. Hence, the old Dynamo doesnt exist anymore. The brand has exit the market. In its place, Walch bought over the brand and now relabelling its detergents with the dynamo brand. Thus you can see logo, bottle shape slightly different

Just putting it out there cause sometimes i hear old people in grocery store saying how Walch is good german brand or they been using Dynamo for years no issue.

Had enough of all these negativities.
Need to move forward. Want to call for boycott, do it in another platform. All is needed is for someone to raise the alarm and the offending member will be dealt with swiftly.

Did they change manufacturer or not? Or was it in china all along?

If Unilever owns the brand but manufactured in china how?

As I know Unilever majority are from OEM product. Alot of co-mans. Maybe Walch was their OEM.

Walch got factory here though. And their body wash imo abit subpar compare to Protex (Both advertised as 99%+ bacterial removal)

I just googled why my dynamo sucks so bad these past few months and found this. Forgot about it. Can’t hold a candle to the p&g formula.

Right now I am using persil instead because the walch dynamo doesn’t clean properly and doesn’t smell that good.

Persil is ok at cleaning but no smell, need softener.

Old dynamo with downy was elite. How to petition p&g to come back Malaysia.

Too expensive to buy British import ariel and I can only bring in so much after travelling.

Anyone tried the Taiwanese baking soda orita brand? Any good?

Aeon promo 18 ringgit nia

I tried after awhile switch to dynamo

Been using it for many years since I was teenager

It’s one of the brand that is so poignant in one mind. Just like when we buy toothpaste…we say buying Colgate

Likewise with detergent…,call it dynamo

Yep, agreed. China brand should stop trying to market themselves as 'European' and build their reputation based on their quality. I find many Chinese household brands to be very good - like Vinda tissue

This Walch have a potential to be a good detergent at low price also
*
I agree on Vinda tissue. Very strong and soft
