1. Are these breakdowns from MOG ?

2. Could you clarify if you are saying furnishing is 49K and "51K separately for other ID reno stuff" ? Does that mean you spent total of 100K or is your total expenses comes down to 51K (which means 49K + 2K for your other ID reno stuff?)

3. what do you exactly mean by "other ID reno stuff?"

Mine is 972 sqft, 3R 2B and my request was for more like one-stop-centre except for certain appliances will be provided by me. But I expect them to make it fully furnish for my own stay. The work which may also potentially involve (apart from furnishing and cabinetry work)  just a bit of wet works (plaster ceiling only for the living and dining, electrical wiring for additional power sockets in one of the bathrooms, or two way switches in one of the bedroom painting) and MOG's quote has slightly gone pass 100K plus which was a bit of shocker to me. And I never said, "100K plus is a lot better" - not sure why you implied that way.

Don't know how custom you're going. But the MOG templates are so ubiquitous that you can see them in rumahwip. Thats the turn off for me particularly for own stay. But if you like what they're doing then please go ahead. Their main strength is insta ready pictures for listing not quality or originality. You can also do a hybrid type arrangement where you input alot more of your personal design.
