IPO in conjunction with the listing of Oriental Kopi on the ACE Market comprising public issue of 418,101,000 new ordinary shares in Oriental Kopi ("Shares") in the following manner:

60,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
20,000,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors, employees and any other persons who have contributed to the success of Oriental Kopi group;
88,101,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected investors; and
250,000,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia
