Mamak is universal. I have to agree with the other guy. If the warung is 100% malay, I will not go. Unless I go with another malay. You can say it is racist, the other way around. As a non you go there is like cari pasal, all eyes look at you up and down. Nowadays is like that, last time was very welcoming.
