Why got no traffic and so little people?

good lah not crowded

Only recently got first petrol station

Another Forest City in the making?

Some of the service apartments there such as Utropolis why like unoccupied?

I go there on week day noon so quiet?

don't really care lol. as long as not crowded and stay nearby to workplace and earn high income.

maybe when BKIP3 completed will be more crowded.

Cos development faster than people moving there to stay.
On the side note.
This area used to be swamp land, palm oil plantation with plenty of chicken farms that breeds berbillions trillion flies!
Initial houses built encountered settlement, making plenty of cracks, door & windows gone out of shape. Many houses have to be rebuild with better foundations.

But the worse was the flies!
Insects screen do not work. Flies still gets in!
Every corner of the house got flies!
Kitchen flies
Toilet flies
Bedroom oso flies!
All utensils must be covered!!!

Maybe in another 10 yrs all the berbillions trillion flies will be gone?

No wonder la, got one mamak there at the corner, super fancy restaurant, but full with flies.. terus tak jadi makan..

I visited 2 different fast food eateries on 2 different weekday lunch time and both were rather popular.

klippa - ikea, kejap food, 1 cina muslim, zus kopi, gong cha, tealive, chicago chicken, anw, kepci, mekdi, kopi bean, kenny loger. mixue. TMG mart

utropolis - OO kopitiam, 1 pan mee, 1 cina kopitiam, 2 korean, 1 mala, 1 indian "mamak", james foo western,

vervea - duck rice, chicken rice, datin nasi lemak, yusuf nasi kandar, a few other hipster cafes, ramen shop, noodle shop

desin village - setabuki, baskin robins, tealive, kopi bean, dave deli, korfry, padi house, burger king, kepci, shilin taiwan snack, mixue

BKIP - nasi lemak foodtruck, phatbee cafe, mamak

12 waves - marrybrown, nasi kandar and some stalls

the ship campus - cheap mix rice, pan mee, japanese

tambun - kochabi, seafood rest, mee jawa/hokkien mee, curry mee, chicken rice, zus kopi, burger king

stadium batu kawan - nasi campur, ayam penyet bakso, western, nasi ayam

not many people staying there yet, many houses also not yet complete
but many factory now (and is growing super fast) so 5pm-7pm is quite pack, lunch hour those eatery also damn full actually need to queue sometimes, but after 1pm you will see the crowd like dissapear in an instant lol
many people still go back to nearby developed residential area (valdor/simpang ampat/BM/island)
I think after 5 years when most house development are done will see more traffic during non working hour

most people staying all work in BKIP la.
if you family people with schooling kids not feasible as there is no good school + no public transport + jam route nearby Simpang Ampat/Jawi.

soon will open caltex, jaya grocer, columbia asia hospital, once have school then more familes will consider. i konw many rich fella bought eco alrd.. just not ready to move in out of school kids convenience.
anyway.. just across bridge damn fast to bayan baru and queensbay as well.

remember south puchong equine park.. last time is a dump...

funny now exit to mainland (simpang ampat/valdor/BM) is even slower than crossing bridge to island during after work peak hour, they really need to fix the traffic

There are Pig Farms, Chicken Farm next door, so expect lots of flies during rainy seasons ..and the smell ..ahh the smell ..
