how many days of annual leave at Company B?
seems like Company B has better benefits plus hybrid work mode. Since Company B allows regular work from home arrangement, go for it. Quality of life is also important. Pretty sure Company B being an MNC will give you reasonable increment and promotion in the coming years. Also find out whether Company A allows WFH arrangement? |

If Company B is offering permanent WFH (maybe required to go back to office a few times in a month only), i will take Company B despite the lower salary. Some more the benefits are better. So up to you to decide. jpmqkhthcu liked this post

Would go for company B too if I were you. Company not making money means do not expect any bonus or increment, negative income for 4 consecutive quarters not a good sign. jpmqkhthcu liked this post

Go with company B however I would work on the following sequence: - I would assess what is my minimum quantum to consider taking up a risk in Company A as whilst the working style is rigid being the lead allows you to demonstrate your capabilities and help you for the next role. Since this role comes with no flexibility, worse of benefits I would ask for more (e.g. RM12k is your minimum to compensate for Company B benefits) and see what they can come up with. - Depending on the quantum e.g say it was RM9k it would fall short of my minimum standards hence I would then inform Company B of the revised offer and ask them to match. - Even if they can't match I would go for Company B considering WFH is highly prized.
